Dear all,
I have bought a charge3 a few weeks ago and I when went outside the device recorded too many floors. For example today I was walking 90 minutes in my neighborhood ( there are restrictions due to COVIT) and I climbed only 2 floors in my apartment block and Fitbit recorded 53 floors. There is not the first time when it wrongly counting. I have to mention that no altitude differences is in my route.
Please give me an advise what to do to solve this issue.
Thanks
Ion

I'm totally frustrated, today it recorded 11 floors, I haven't left the house! Last week it was ten floors over, started just after the Change 4 announcement. I had to go out of town to the mountains It recorded 3000ft driving as twenty-one floors! I've only had it four months and have to reset a dozen times!
If they think this is going to make me rush out and buy another, they got another thing coming!
I've spoken to Hodge at support, I'm not sure he understood what a watch is I'm starting to think google just isn't a right fit! Stop upselling me and this! 🤭
