I'm trying to pair my Charge 2 with my phone. It finds my tracker and asks for the four digit code. I enter the four digit code from my tracker. However it fails to connect. How do I connect my device?

One suggestion - go to your phone's list of bluetooth connected devices. If you see the Charge 2 listed, disconnect it from the phone and then try the app again.
