So I upgraded to a Versa 2 and would like to give my old Charge 2 to a family member. But it won't connect to their new account. What I've tried:
- Remove Charge 2 from old account.
- Remove Charge 2 from my bluetooth list on my phone.
- Long press the Charge 2 button until the version number appears while on charge
- Long press the Charge 2 button while not on charge
Nothing I try will let the new account find the Charge 2.
I've searched around the forum looking for answers, but have found nothing that helps. The device simply never reaches the setup screen.
Could someone let me know how to achieve this? It should be way easier than this...

Hi @Alisonkls nice of you to share with your family member. When you set up, you need your own Fitbit out of range, so it won't be a problem. How are they trying to set up - Android, iOS or Windows? The more we know, the better chance of a solution.

They are using Android. I've also tried moving my own Fitbit to another room but this hasn't had any effect.
