I am trying to delete my account. It says an email has been sent for me to confirm the request but I'm not receiving it. I've searched the forums and tried the following:-
1. Sent it from the Fitbit app and from fitbit.com
2. Checked the email address is correct
3. Looked in the spam folder
3. Forced stop on the app
4. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
5. Switched the phone off and on again
6. Checked that all email notifications were active
I must have tried about 10 times now but still no email.
