Turn of phone call notifications, without disabling Bluetooth

How do I turn off the buzzing from phone calls without turning off my Bluetooth settings? Sometimes I sleep outside of my phones Do Not Disturb time. I never wanted my Fitbit to buzz, but I also want it to pair with my phone and not have to turn the Bluetooth on and off all the time. Is this possible? If not, why?

Yes, you can remove the call notifications from the Fitbit app without having to disable the Bluetooth in your phone, to turn them off please follow these instructions:

1. From the Fitbit app, go to the account tile.

2. There select the name of your tracker, in my case I have the Charge set in my account.

3. There you'll have the option to manage the call notifications, please select this option and turn it off.

Remember to sync your tracker after any changes made on the account so the tracker can pick up the new information.

Hi! I was trying to figure out a way to keep the notification on my FitBit to let me know I have an incoming call, but while you are on the call it buzzes every few minutes to tell you you are on an "Active Call". Is there a way to stop that?

Thank you!

I have this same problem … I finally just shut off all calls and notifications, but I wish I could have just a notice when I get a call or text. It was awful still vibrating the whole time I’m talking and then after I hang up it still says I’m on the phone …

Was there ever a fix to this?   I am experiencing the same issue.  I want the call notifications, but I don’t need ‘buzzing’ while I am on a call.

Hi

This doesn't work on the Versa 3, there is no toggle switch to turn them off, how do you actually do this on the Versa 3?

Thanks

I hope you found it. If not

Check that Bluetooth on your phone is on and that your phone can receive notifications (often under Settings then Notifications). Then set up notifications:

From the Today tab Fitbit logo in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then Versa 3 tile.
Tap Notifications.
Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your watch if you haven't already. Call, text, and calendar notifications are turned on automatically.
To turn on notifications from apps installed on your phone, including Fitbit and WhatsApp, tap App Notifications and turn on the notifications you want to see.

There is a switch to turn off calls right there. Text, calendar and the rest you tap their tyles and then select to turn off notifications.
