How do i turn off the clock screen light notication when i move my wrist at night.The light wakes me

Go to your device settings in the app or on the website dashboard and turn off "quick view".

Hey @des1940, welcome to the Community! In order to turn off the Quick view, as @SunsetRunner says, go to your web Dashboard, select "Quick view" option, turn it OFF, and finally sync your tracker to save the changes.
