Turn off fat burn, cardio, peak hr notifications with exercise Charge 5

there is no longer the option on the Fitbit or app to turn these off

I contacted Fitbit by phone and they had me turn off high and low hr notifications and this didn’t work

contacted Fitbit by chat and they had me turn off irregular rhythm notifications and this didn’t work. Then the chat person hung up on me because she had no further guidance 

anyway to turn these off?

but you say there is no longer the option, as though you used to know how to do it, but your method doesn't work any more, and that stymies me.
