Turn off vibration on Charge 3

How do I turn off all vibrations? I find them too strong and unnecessary.  I turned off all notifications, but the Charge 3 still seems to have a goal of steps for me.  I don't want my device to tell me anything that I haven't asked it!  I don't to receive a physical shock for any reason, let alone some arbitrary goal the watch has selected for me!

One option would be to set the step goal so high you would never reach it.

• From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon ().
• Scroll to the Goals section.
• Tap the goal you want to view or adjust (Activity).
• Tap the individual element of the goal and follow the onscreen instructions to adjust it.

So, do you mean, in this day and age, there is no way to turn off the vibration  completely on this device???

It's an absolutely absurd design decision. I bought a fitness tracker, not a Tamagotchi. Fix this Fitbit!
