Turning on flash with silent alarms

I’m deaf and my charge 2 used to wake me with a flashing light. Now it just vibrates and I sleep through it. How can I get the flashing on again?

It's nice to see new faces here @DanaBreeding. Let me assist you with your alarm inquiry and help you being able to wake up with a flashing light again.

 

Your Charge 2 should flash while the silent alarm is running. I recommend restarting your device in order to make it work again.
