Hu i brought in UK 2017  i have a cracked screen which doesnt bother too much and now its not doing phone n text notifications or logging heart rate correctly so not showing axtivity correctly  can anyone please advise  ?

Hi @Alicat41 . I have a couple suggestions:

  1. First, make sure your phone and your Charge 2 are both on the latest versions. 
  2. Next, restart your Charge 2. Instruction can be found in the Fitbit Help pages. 

Please let us know if this helps. If it does not, we can look at other things to try.
