Unable To Sync Since Thu, 04/04/19

My last sync was Thu @5:08 AM. Since then whether manual or auto, a message about restarting bluetooth would appear. I tried restarting bluetooth. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling app. Neither has worked. It looks like there was a recent update. I have  Samsung Galacy S9 Plus on Android.

I resolved it. The one thing I didn't try yesterday that I did this morning was to restart my phone. My sync issue is resolved.

I tried that.  Worked once. Keep  getting  notifications about  syncing  but nothing  changes
