Unable to add device in app

Hi! I started experiencing issues with syncing my Charge HR about two days ago. It would not sync to my phone no matter what I did. So I Uninstaller the device, deleted the app, reinstalled the app. Now app would not even let me add a device... when I press and hold button in a Search mode, it starts tracking a workout.

I'd appreciate any help or advice.

@slav9120 thanks for stopping by! Let's get your Charge HR paired to your account once again! Smiley Happy Heart I'd suggest trying a restart by doing the following:

  1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge or Fitbit Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
  3. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V122").
  4. Let go of the button.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

After that, attempt to pair your tracker once more and post me with the outcome! Smiley Happy

@MariamV, I'm also facing the exact same issue. I was not able to sync and hence deleted the device and now trying to re-add. But the Android App is not finding the tracker.

As per the steps you mentioned, how are we supposed to pair the tracker once it is unplugged from the charging cable. Fitbit app says to press the button for 3 seconds which starts the stopwatch !

Hi!

I was trying to sync my charge 2 this morning but it didn't quite sync. It showed the battery almost dead which is strange since I had charged it to the full last night. Also it showed the steps and the heart rate but didn't sync the sleep activity.

So I restarted the charge 2.

No difference.

Then I restarted my iPhone 7 plus

Same thing

Then I removed the charge 2 as a device on the app

Now it's not letting me add this device anymore.

Keeps saying com.fitbit.HTTP error 502

Same thing is happening to me. The fitbit will not sync. Tried everything suggested in the forum. I get the code, type it in and then it says operation couldn't be completed (com.fitbit.HTTP error 403). It was working fine two days ago?? Help!
