I can reach a list of Friends without Fitbit but cannot reach a list of Friends with Fitbit from my Dashboard.

I have been able to do this some time ago to set up my current group. I'd like to add a new person to this group using my contacts list but no luck so far ???

Hi @Faith58 thanks for bringing this to my attention, it's a pleasure for me to assist you with this situation and also give you a warm welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Seems odd that you're unable to see the list of friend with Fitbit on your dashboard, certainly this is not a common situation. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're using Fitbit.com or the Fitbit app to check this? If mobile device, which platform are you currently using and which phone model? Do you receive any error message when trying to do so or the list simply doesn't load? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to log out and log in from your Fitbit account and try again.

Hi,
I am using the fitbit app on my mobile phone, ANdroid platform, Galaxy A3. No errror message, just does not load. Friends WITHOUT Fitbit does load.I have just logged of and on again and there is no change.
Ideas please.

I appreciate the details that were shared with me. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to follow the next steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version of your Galaxy A3 is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your Fitbit credentials.
  7. Try again to add a friend.
