Hello @Jojo1982 is your old phone if nearby turned off?

On S20 you downloaded the app, logged into your Fitbit app, agreed to all permission requests.

Your tracker should have then synced.

Changing phones does not require the tracker to be setup again.

What actually happened?

Hi @Jojo1982, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Just as @Rich_Laue mentioned, you do not need to setup the device again if the Charge 2 is already in your Fitbit account. What you'll need to do is simply unpair the Fitbit from your previous phone's Bluetooth settings to avoid interference with the new one. Once you unpair the Charge 2, you will need to pair it with your new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra and then just sync it.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

If it can find your Fitbit you are good.

If it can not find your fitbit to sync.

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Jojo - Can you please describe what you did?

In my case, it just says found your tracker, connecting. Then skips to Not working?...

I am unable to pair my device and get it back on the account.
