Unable to connect after entering 4 digits

Hi All,

I am not able to connect my Fitbit HR (Version: 128) to iPhone XS. I have tried the following :

1. Turn the Bluetooth Off

2. Turn the Bluetooth ON

3. Delete the Fitbit app

4. Reinstall the Fitbit app

5. Hold the device and enter the 4 digits to the Fitbit device

6. Then it goes on synchronization mode but the Fitbit device never gets connected.

I have not been able to use my Fitbit for a while and tried pretty much all the available scenarios.

Hello @RajOberoi in an android user,  ans suggest threat you use the edit command to add iOS to the title so that some one who understands iOS will notice.

Or if toy would like,  I'll move your post to the iOS forum.
