Unable to download app

2 years ago I had a charge 4. When the band broke, I stopped using it and deleted app from my phone. I have since purchased new Charge 4 ( I really like it) and now cannot download the app. Is there a way to do this? Or do I now need a new phone! Thanks

If Android, now requires at least version 8.0.

@vonnie48 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. What phone are you using and what's the operating system on it?

Do you receive any error when trying to download the app?

My phone is a Samsung J2Pro. Android operating system. Had it for quite a few years now. When trying to download app, I don't even seem to get the option in Play Store.

If you mean Samsung Galaxy j7 Pro, the specs I see say it is Android 7.0 upgradable to Android 9.0.  You would have to look in phone's Settings to see which Android version you have, and might check to see if you have an upgrade available.  I don't know how Samsung handles those.
