I have a Charge 3 and I am trying to file a claim following the post I found at https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Surge/Broken-Band/m-p/3542352/highlight/true#M81930.
However, I cannot enter a UK post code as it expects all numbers (like in a ZIP code). A UK post code is alphanumeric. What should I do here?

You could ring 0800 069 8505 to talk directly. I have just received approval for replacement after 2 months of emails and form emailed by Fitbit accepts uk post codes.
is there a drop down menu for country?

The Fitbit site is dumb and I had stumbled on a solution.
1. Put in your address as is, and add your post code to the `City` field.
2. The problem is that the post code or ZIP filed takes only numbers and not alphabets, and a UK post code has both numbers and alphabets, whereas the US ZIP has only numbers.
3. Since, I was having Coke (and its address is out of Atlanta with ZIP 90313), I entered that in the ZIP field.
4. The website then prompts the user the correct UK address with the post code. Just say `yes` (or `accept`).
Done!
