We changed my watch band snd it has the pins with it. Cannot locate one with the pins. Have checked Amazon, EBay and other stores. Do you know where I could get one??? Thanks. Etta

@Watertracegitl  Your label says Charge 3 and the moderator edited your title.  BUT, I have my Charge 3 in front of me and it doesn't use pins.  It has a quick release flat button.  Charge 3 manual   Jump to p 12.

Early Versa and Inspire models use pins.  Here is a link to all the user manuals.  Please check out the images.  I'm very confident that you don't have a Charge 3.  No Charge model uses pins.
