I got a fitbit charge 3 for my birthday & still have the warranty for it but my wristband broke. I tried to file a claim for replacement like fitbit has directed us to do online but when I tried to fill out my adress, it would not accept my zip code. I live in Denmark & it didnt seem to accept a danish zip code???

Is there a different site for different regions or what? 

 

Help would be appreciated.

@Liga32, thanks for your efforts while working on this situation. Before anything else, let me explain that the warranty claim link will work for most of our users located in United States, UK and Europe. Because it didn't work when entering your Denmark address, I went ahead and contacted our Support team, however I was told that you already have a case created and they're providing you with assistance. Your case is on good hands so please keep an open communication with them.

Thank you, the support team was very nice and helped me fill out the claim and place the order for a new wristband.
