Hi there @Soos76, welcome to the Community Forums. We're sorry for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

Thanks for letting us know about the error message you've been receiving when trying to log-in to your Fitbit app. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot this prior to contacting us.

To work on this together I'd recommend to try the following steps in the given order:

  1. Verify if the Fitbit app has been updated in your phone.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Make sure you're using a strong internet connection or mobile data.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and try login in one more time.

I've moved your post to the iOS App as there are more chances to get related replies here.

Keep me posted.

Doesn’t work for my Versa 3. The app won’t sync or log in now. Just get the Oops message instantly.

This worked for me.

Turn off WiFi.  I used my phones 5g

Force stop the fitbit app

Switch your phone off and on

Open fitbit app I sign in using Google account now.

Nb when logging food the database will only work on 5g.
