Unable to log on to fitbit app, impossible to sync, incorrect time on fitbit

Hi, the last week I'm having a lot of issues with my fitbit charge 4.

It is not possible to sync, since can not get it connected via Bluetooth. Since yesterday I can not get connected to the fitbit app after being asked to migrate to Google. Nothing is working anymire. I have been talking to 2 people of support, they both told me to do the same, but nothing is working.

It started with the incorrect time displaying after we changed to winter time in Belgium during the weekend.

I'm completely stuck, current time on fitbit is 22:36 while it is here 11:01 at the moment. Not sure where that is coming from.

Is there a way to completely reset the fitbit app? I already reinstalled it 2 times, reset fitbit itself...

We are having the same problem: incorrect time, not visible in Bluetooth world, Charge 4 stuck at message about downloading new app (already done). All incredibly tedious.

Same here. Also with my Versa lite.  I think they stop functioning in order to get you to buy a new one!!

Hi, unfortunately I was not provided with a track number, so I can not follow-up further.

Based on other feedbacks, it seems that the issues started after an upgrade. I hope this will be looked at in general, since it seems I'm not the only one with the issue.

Kind regards, Valerie
