Unable to receive notifications with Samsung Galaxy A6

Okay. I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 through Boost Mobile. I am trying to get my Charge 2 to connect with my phone to receive my text, call and email notifications on my watch, but it keeps saying my bluetooth is messed up or something. I tried calling Samsung tech support but they didn't help. Any ideas?

Hello @Shuffman94 welcome to the Community Forums!

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted.

I am using the Samsung Galaxy A6 (2018 model) through Boost Mobile. I've checked to make sure my phone is compatible with the Charge 2 and it is. I've done everything that the link says. But still can't receive notifications. This is what I get when I try and do so.Sent on my Boost Mobile Phone.
