Unable to see my badges

In the fitbit app my badges won’t load. When i try to open my badges i get a white screen with the message that right now the badges can’t be loaded. I already tried to log off in the app and i reinstalled the app. Both didn’t work. I also restarted my fitbit charge 3 without succes. What can i do?

Hi there @Turtle01, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details provided. I appreciate you've taken the time to restart your Charge 3 prior to posting here. 

 

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Which iOS mobile device are you using to use the Fitbit app? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the iOS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Thank you for your response.

IOS is up to date.

i did al the things you described with no results on my ipad and iphone.

i started wearing my fitbit again 2,5 week ago and having the problem since then.

Yesterday i noticed that you can also see your dashboard on the fitbit site. When i try to see my badges i get a page that the site is having a internal server problem.

Hope you can help.

Is your problem solved yet and can you see your badges again?

I am having the same problem on Android and can't find a solution, which makes me very grumpy....

Hi @Corr ,

 

the problem is not yet solved. 

I had contact with customer service a few times but it still did not work.

i kinda gave up cause the effort without the results made me grumpy.

I also contacted support, but I get no reactions anymore for the moment.

I hope they will be able to solve it, or maybe an app update will help.

This morning I had an app update to (Android) 3.15. I had hoped the problem would be solved, but it didn't.

Some more patience...

Hi @Turtle01 and @MarreFitbit 

After a lot of messing around I found the problem/solution!

I changed my language preference in the settings back from "Nederlands (Nederlands)" to "Nederlands (Engels)".

Hope playing with the (language) settings works for you too @Turtle01

Hi is anyone else having this problem again, badges unable to load, I had it starting this morning, I have tried uninstalling and re installing the app, and restarting my phone then logging back into the app but nothing works 🙁
