I've moved your post to the Charge 4 board so you can receive more related responses. Thanks for confirming you're having this issue with your Charge 4 and to work on this together, let me recommend adjusting the brightness level. Also, make sure the Sleep Mode is turned off, as the screen's brightness is set to dim when this setting is turned on. To do this, check this help article and follow the instructions described in there.
If by any chance the issue persists, try restarting your tracker to refresh its performance.
