I lost my phone and my fitbit cannot pair with the new one because... well, it is still paired to the old one, which I cannot unpair.
Since this has been the case for a few weeks, in the meantime my fitbit has gone flat, and after recharging it the time and date displayed are not correct anymore. So basically I have a little black box that doesn't even work as traditional watch.
Is there any solution?
- I already tried unpairing on the web, but since the web doesn't communicate directly with the fitbit this is useless.
- The phone is compatible, as it is the same model I used to have.
Thanks!

Hi @Mer123, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Charge 2 prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted.

Normally @Mer123 with a new phone, the user will install the Fitbit app. Log into their Fitbit account, and agree to several permissions.
Your tracker should now sync through the new phone.
