Unable to stop alarm when being in an activity

Since the latest firmware update, my Charge 3 shows a funny behaviour when trying to disable the alarm.

 

So before, I pressed the side-touch-button twice when the alarm started, and then it was turned off.

 

However, since the update it's not working like that anymore.

 

And when I am in an activity to that time, the alarm will come back and back and back, so I am not able to stop it while being out for an activity.

 

 

Now the question, anyone experienced similar or am I doing something wrong?
