Unable to sync charge 3 with iPhone 11 Pro max

My change 3 was working and sync well with iPhone 11 max pro for more than 4 months. After that it’s belt start cutting from edge and stoped use for more then 3 months and apply for new belt as it’s under warranty. Due to some issue belt didn’t reach my place and finally I purchased new belt from Amazon. 
now trying Sync with same iPhone but no luck. Tried all possible options like data detain hard reset, reinstall app on phone, delete data from charge 3. Anyway this absolutely lost of precious time and money. After paying premium prices.

Hi @SunsetRunner749  thank you very much for your information and efforts. 

 

Please make sure no other bluetooth device is connected to the laptop or nearby. (Headphones, keyboards, etc.)

On the phone, check that the battery saving mode as well as do not disturb (silence ) mode are off. 

 

Please follow these steps, some you have already done, but the order is important:

 

  1. Restart your charge 3.How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Please go to Settings> Bluetooth on the mobile phone and remove all connections that exist with the tracker. (Forget, ignore or unpair the device depending on the version of the mobile phone's operating system.)
  3. Turn off bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  4. When the phone is back on, turn the bluetooth back on, but DO NOT try to connect to the tracker from here.
  5. Go to the app. From here, try to set up the tracker as a new device.

Did tried again by removing all Bluetooth devices and away from any BT devices. Status is same, it does found device and say “We found your tracker!” With bottom message is connecting.

Hi @SunsetRunner749 , thank you for your reply and efforts. 

 

Please on the Fitbit app, go to your profile picture>Help. As a title you'll see the version of the Fitbit app. Could you please check that you have the current version 3.36 installed?

 

If not please update the app and retry the previos steps.

Yes it’s latest version 3.36 (1013). Also tried to sync with android phone and windows app and windows pc. None of them worked, windows pc doesn’t support chart3. This only work through windows app.
