Unable to sync my Charge 2 with I-pad

Since yesterday, my Ipad has not been syncing with my Charge 2.  I updated the software on the I-pad, turned the I-pad off and on, and turned Bluetooth off and on, but none of these worked.  My I-pad indicates that my Fitbit is not connected to the Bluetooth.  Any solutions?

I just called Customer Support.  The solution was very simple.  Went to Blue Tooth on Settings and found my device listed.  It was shown as not connected.  Clicked on small blue icon and then on statement to forget device.  Then went to Fitbit app on my I-pad.  It started syncing immediately, and I was able to get all the data since when my Fitbit stopped syncing.
