I am unable to synchronize my charge 2 with my phone. Any advise?

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I have the same problem, and after following the restart your device, it works for that day and then stops working again.

 

Does anyone test these updates?
