Hi everyone - need help here. gave my son my Charge 2 (I now have the 3). He is unable to get the pairing prompt with his phone.
I've severed the Bluetooth connection from my phone.
He created an account on his phone (blackberry motion- which i have used for the past 2 years)
Selected "Set up a device", Charge 2
Found the device
Enters the 4 digit number
connecting........and then gets a screen "Not Working"
Not sure where to go from here

@Veebr, turn off all other Bluetooth devices in the room or area while he is trying to set up the phone. See if that eliminates the conflicts with the tracker and phone pairing.
