firmware won't update on charge 2. I have the latest android version on my samsung galaxy s9. I have tried turning bluetooth off and on as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the fitbit app
any ideas now?

Same with mine. Very frustrating. Been a good 2 weeks without updating! Tried everything.

Hi there Samsung S9
I have tried updating the software on the phone and force stop and bluetooth disconnection and re connection.
Is this inbuilt obsolesence like Apple did for older phones?
No device found in the fitbit app click on update tracker and it throws me out of the app
