I am doing "Pre-Hab" prior to knee surgery in December, and I will be using an under-the desk cycle to strengthen my leg. Is there any way to get credit for all of this cycling with my leg? If I put my Fitbit in my front pocket? On my ankle?

Good for you, being pro-active like that, @Suzanny ! I use an under table elliptical to keep the arthritis in my knees in check. Steps are important to me so I place my device in my slipper or sock at my ankle. This captures revolutions/steps. Keep in mind, it will skew your heart rate readings but if steps are your main concern, this method will capture them. FYI, I also used my stepper before and after knee replacement. My doctor, and then the physical therapist, helped me set the appropriate number of steps - much less after surgery until I built it up - and they liked seeing my progress as and joint/knee healed. It’s always good to keep them in the loop! Good luck with your surgery!
