Unhappy with durability of ChargeHR

My original FitBit ChargeHR last 6 months, then died.  A new one was sent to me under warranty, but was DOA, and a third was sent out.  I used it heavily, and 2 months out of warranty it is also broken.  I am very unhappy with the durability vs price.  Now that I am no longer covered under warranty, does your company think that I will continually spened $220 a year for a product that is failing because of the poor durability?  Are you going to make a more durable product?  If not, as soon as the one I have is totally dead (I suspect in a matter of days or weeks), I will be purchasing a Garmin product.

In what way is it not durable.  Is it getting wet?

The edge of the screen broke off on me. I am not a construction
worker or anything, this just happened at some point while doing light
yard work or houses cleaning, I'm not sure. 40 days out of warranty
of course. I never get it wet intentionally, never even sleep with
it.

Google purchased FitBit in 2019.

Does anyone care that FitBit continues to deliver defective and short term products?

My Charge 2 is barely 2 years old and DEAD,

I’ve talked 4 times today with different FitBit Reps. NO ONE cares!

GOOGLE wake up!!

I’m very frustrated and DONE with FitBit.
