*** I read an old post by someone that said to put the Charge 2 into its charger and plug that into a wall outlet or computer. Once plugged in and charging, hold down the power button on the charge 2 for about 8-10 seconds. This will cause the software to reboot. I did this yesterday and it seems to have worked!****I have my Charge 2 synced with my iPhone XS. It has been working beautifully for the past year until the last app update on 4/16/19... on 4/17 I got a message that there wasn’t enough sleep data to give accurate info and it hasn’t tracked sleep since.

It’s been tracking heart rate sporadically- not consistently like it used to.

Same thing on April 20 - no synching. Rebooted and did not help. Have to wait until Fitbit corrects their update.
