Updated App, Still no EOV Chart

I don’t know if you’ve found out but I’ve just updated my Fitbit app but there’s no SPO2 chart / reading but I haven’t gone to bed yet so hoping yes it will be there in the morning as someone said in the community that it will be around the 22nd of this month

Fairly mismanaged ecosystem for updates. And I among the few thought Google acquiring Fitbit might streamline things.

support confirmed with me that the rollout is only 10% at this stage so lucky if you have it.

however the rollout is in stages so Im sure that there will be a lot of tweaking until they get it right before its rolled out to everyone.

I am VERY disappointed with Fitbit  not making any official announcement on if or WHEN  that is going to be available.  Having  reports that some have had it for months is NO WAY to keep your customers coming back for future purchases! A simple email to those of us who are left behind would be helpful. February 2020  and we are all left in the dark after supporting your brand !

Just that they're a year overdue on their commitment of a product feature. And even when the feature is available to a few, there is no planned date for rollout for others.

Yes, but they sold the product with clear marketing & sales pitches suggesting that these devices have an SpO2 censor.

Oh boy just noticed there is a new 3.14 update to the Android app. Currently on 3.13 and I have the EOV working. 

Do I update or not 😬

What is the timeline for Versa users who don't have the SP02 update yet?  Seems like it should not be that hard to get everyone updated.
