Updated app and now can’t find my Charge 2

I updated the app and it didn’t sync. Tried everything. Turning off and back on Bluetooth, deleting the fitbit, deleting the app.  Everything and it still won’t find my fitbit.  

I set up as new, and nothing.

Let me help you syncing your Charge 2 with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

I've done all of the suggested things multiple times, along with removing the app then reinstalling and forget this device to try to get it back again, but nothing is registering. It says it's syncing and refreshing and then it is having trouble with set up. I hit the "next" button and it closes the app????

I went in and did a network reset and it seems to work now..

To perform a network settings reset on your iPhone 7 Plus, go to Settings-> General-> Reset-> Reset Network Settings.

I tried many times, reset device, reset network... still not sync... software updated. My mobile phone is android... please help

I did all your instruction but still my device cant sync... This problem happened since android software updated. Please help. I really need my fitbit for my exercise...

My iPhone can’t find my Charge 2 either. It just don’t appear on the list of available devices.
