When I logged on to the app today it asked if I wanted to update to the new layout-sure. But now I can’t figure out how to set an alarm! I have an iPhone if that matters with the ap-help! All the information I find online is for either android or old versions of the app

Finally found it...instead of an easy click on the + symbol like it used to be, you have to go to your profile, go to your device, go to the alarms...and then back all the way out again when done. This was not a worthwhile “upgrade”

That’s right. + sign on main screen much easier and convenient.

This new update is terrible the worst part is the location of the alarm. What a serious pain to find and set. Not a fan of the new look either. Hope someone with the ability to change the alarm feature back to the main page reads this soon

I don’t like the new look either. What was wrong with the old look? Finding the alarm is now a huge pain. I agree, I hope the programmers monitor the forum and fix this app.
Wish there was a way to go back to the prior update.

Mine doesn’t go to the screen everyone’s mentioning. After I click on my pic it goes to “account”. When I clock on my name (no image of device) it just brings me to a screen with no alarms .. the app stinks

When you get to the account screen you should see this:
The alarm is on the next screen when you press the Fitbit icon. You are looking for ‘silent alarm’.
If you don’t see your Fitbit listed on the account screen try deleting app and reinstalling.

Thank you for your help. I was having a heck of a time finding it. I hate the new update all around. Now it takes forever to sync when I change the alarm. Please go back to the alarm being on the first page. I have to change my alams every day.

Wow - I would never have found that in a month of Sunday’s. Thanks for posting. Not sure I like this upgrade, time will tell

I hate the "updated" Fitbit. Next time I will look more closely at the Apple watch!!!
