Updating Charge 2 firmware takes too long

My Charge 2 has been updating on my phone for over an hour. How long is that supposed to take? I can't tell whether it's not working correctly.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 firmware update. It will depend on the bluetooth connection stability as this is used to update your device. Still if you are having issues then you can follow these instructions to help troubleshoot this issue.
