Hi, My Charge-2 device screen went blank one week ago. But it's working and synchronizing.

And there are no service centres to fix this in my city. So I would like to upgrade to Versa, if provided to me on reduced price and exchanged with my Charge-2 .

I have bad news I'm afraid. Fitbit do not have any repair centres and do not offer a trade-in programme for upgrades.

 

All I can suggest is to contact customer support who can check your warranty status and advise on your options: contact.fitbit.com
