I want to change my dashboard & link to my new & improved Charge 2 Fitbit from my flex one.  How do I transfer my fitness goals and charge my new fitbit?

Thanks.

Hi @KimMDesjardins

Just set it up as a new device (replacement) on an existing account and your history and settings will remain. No need to transfer anything.

Can I upgrade to a Versa from a Flex and retain all my data?  And do I set it up on my phone or computer?

Hi @MadisonVersa

You can always add a new device to your account and keep on stepping. The history is kept under your email address and safely stored on the Fitbit servers. If you wanted, you could see your history from any device with a web browser. It's all there for you.

You can use a mobile device or computer, whichever works best for you is fine. If you need any assistance, we're here for you.

Just connecting the charge 2 didn’t work for me. I still don’t have any of the information from the flex.
