Hello everyone. First, I am wheelchair bound due a nerve disorder RSD and I thought I Fitbit would be nice to have to take how much I manually wheel around, but nope. It works okay for sleeping and found out I don't sleep well. But there is some other things that make me depressed. For instance, seeing the foot prints or the shoe icons, why cant we get an option to put something else different there, like a circle or a happy face. Seeing these icons everyday just reminds me that I can not walk and depresses me. And the stair case too (which I figured out how to delete yay). I reached out to Fitbit but they said I should post here and get votes before they will "think" about making some changes. I know this is was only $100 bucks but on the website it seem to do so much more and it does not; steps but no rolling, log some water but what about other things we drink, cant figure out how to get the female heath to do anything, time to get moving, makes me sad to see a jumping person and can not reply using my iPhone. I thought I read enough on what Fitbit offers, and thought they would work being in a wheelchair, but I guess this is not the one (Charge 3) for me. I now have a $100 device that tracks my sleep, sometimes. Please Fitbit and help out all of us out there that are not as mobile as your ads. Keep voting on this post and maybe just maybe Fitbit will change a few things or even create a new Fitbit for those of us in a wheelchair fully or part time, it would really make a difference in our lives.

Hi @SweetFX

I understand where you're coming from. For better visibility, you should make suggestions in the Feature Suggestion forum, which is where Fitbit does the official vote-counting. That way people with other Fitbit trackers beside the Charge 3 will have a chance to vote on your idea.
