Hey, so I have had my charge 3 for around 24 hours.
The heart monitor has stopped working. I have searched for solutions on here, tried rebooting it repeatedly. Tried turning hr off, synching etc and even tried changing clock face to analog as someone suggested? No luck.
I also have 2 lines running through the screen.
I have difficulty understanding the app. For instance it says I have been active for only 16 mins today and yet I've done 10k steps, including a timed walk.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
It also says that the notifications will not work until my Phone reboots (this is a message in a red box) but it seems to be working OK? It vibrates when my phone rings?
I'm lost with it all
