Why is it not possible to add the Charge 3 AND the Versa to your Fitbit account?
Some days I would like to wear the Versa and some other days the Charge 3?
Tips, tricks?

Once my Charge 3 and Versa break or go wrong, I will not buy another. They have lost me as a customer.

I returned my Versa 2 to Amazon. It is absurd that I cannot link both Charge 3 and Versa2.
Fitbit needs to be honest and upfront and not let consumer find out after purchasing.

I sold my Charge 3 and kept my Charge 2 as a solution.

Has this been solved for Fitbit Charge 4? I want to use it with my Versa. Charge 4 for sleep and exercise and Versa for work.

I doubt it, Fitbit haven’t rushed to fix this problem showing it doesn’t care about customers or customer loyalty. Wish I’d saved my money and gone with Apple.

Once my versa dies I’m going with Apple Watch , fitbit doesn’t care about their customers

Don’t even get me started. The fact that it took them 7 years to come up with a simple “delete” button for notifications/messages and when they did, you can only delete one at a time, don’t expect them to solve this anytime soon.
You would think it would be in their best interest to not only please the customer but to not limit the type/model of multiple trackers as this would encourage people to buy more, but I have learned when it comes to FitBit, the simpler the idea is, the more likely they are to completely ignore it.
Perhaps they are are too busy developing and pushing new products to be bothered offering more than generic support and answers for items where the money is already ‘in the bank.”

Me too. I had an AltaHR and a Charger 3 which worked fine together along with my old Zip. Just purchased a Versa 2 and was very surprised that I could not link them to the same account. Should have done my homework before I bought this device. Not good FitBit.

Is this resolved yet? I too find it very frustrating that I can’t keep swapping between my Charge 5 and Sense models.

Not as far as I can tell. FitBit seems to be mum on this. Maybe as they loose customer to other devices a miracle will happen and they will fix it. Since they are now owned by Google I am surprised this has not been resolved.

How long will this stay in the “future consideration bucket”. I am ready to buy a tracker and it probably won’t be FitBit due to this issue.

If you want to use more than one tracker I would go else where. I have 2 fitbits that have been a waste because nothing has changed with this for years and all we ever hear is we have this under consideration and then we hear nothing else.
