Versa and Charge 3 on the same account

I have a Fitbit Versa, can I also use a Charge 3 on the same account?

No unfortunately. Their operating systems are too similar. If you try to set up both the o.der tracker will be removed from your account.

Regarding your inquiry, if you want to setup these two devices you need to have two email accounts to set them up. For more information about how to set your units up, check the help article How do I set up my Fitbit device?.

Will this ever be possible to use both on one account or should i return one. Would like to keep both, but what is the point if they have to be on seperate accounts. My daughter was able to use versa and charge 2 on same account.

Yes, you can have the Versa with one of the older trackers, but not one with the new operating system (Ionic or Charge 3).  I dont know if it will ever become possible, though I would be VERY happy if it did.

Please, Fitbit, create a  newer version of the Versa with text messaging back and forth that is compatible with the iPhone and I will purchase.  Thank you!

Is there any progress with this? If there is still no hope whatsoever of this being possible I'll probably try to sell my versa as much as i dont want to. Why let it lose more value, might as well try to get some money back for it 😓😖😡

Don't sell it! I really liked mine but had to choose the Charge 3 or
Versa. Do you have another fitbit or just this watch? You never
know...this could be exchangeable once Fitbit understands this request and
makes the Versa changeable with another smart updated Fitbit watch.

I have the versa and charge 3. My plan was to use the charge at work and then the versa any other time. But now since you can't use them together, why should a $199 item just sit there on the hopes that fit bit will finally make it work.

Thanks i have voted for the feature already going back a few months. Having 2 separate email accounts wont do much for me because i use some fitness apps where you connect to your fitbit but with that you can only link one account so i would need all my steps under one fitbit account so that would be of no benefit

I would really like to be able to use both without uninstalling the other device everytime.  You guys need to fox the issue for real.  In the past we could use multiple devices on one account.... should be able to still.

Charge 3 has its advantages and versa 2 as well.  I have both but cant swap back and forth easily and that is very disappointing. 😖

I would also like to know. I just purchased the Versa 3 not realizing I can not use it and my charge 3. I used charge 2 & 3 alternatively, assumed it would be the same.
