I have vertical grey/white line on the screen of my charge three. They appeared earlier this afternoon when I got a low battery notification on the screen. I have tried resetting and restarting numerous times and no luck.
Any thing else I can try?

This happened to me as well and my time only shows the upper half of my numbers. The lower half is no longer visible.

The last week when I charged my Charge 3, when I removed it from the charging cable the center had these grey/white lines running vertically. Now it is not good a holding a charge. When the unit does this, it is permanently damaged. You either live with it, get it replaced under warranty, buy a new one or throw it out as an expensive experiment. I really enjoy my Charge 3 but can't get Fitbit to replace it because it is already a warranty replacement from my 1st generation unit which lost vertical pixels.
I wonder what the projected lifespan of the unit is. Fitbit doesn't say anything about lifespan on its website.
Very disappointed overall.
