I have tried rebooting but to no avail.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen showing white lines and not turning on. Also thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.

The issue still persists. Now it no longer comes on.
