Vertical grey lines on Charge 3 display

Purchased my charge 3 early July 2019 and have been very pleased with it until it suddenly started to display vertical grey lines corresponding with the display on the screen. It is apparent on all screens. Have tried short and long restart with no change or success. What do I do now?

Never resolved. Did all that was asked and then had it replaced. Has
happened to me before, same thing just got worse as time went on.

@Shel1007 thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I do suggest you contact Support using the link in my previous post as they will be able to help you. As @Grad1952 mentioned, in her case Support was able to replace the device.

Sorry replacement  ended up with the same problem. Still using it, cannot afford to upgrade. Thanks.JulieSent from my Galaxy

Hi just to say the support team were excellent and a replacement was sent

This is what happened to mine a few days before the screen went complete black and stayed that way. I have tried all the troubleshooting without success. I reached out to support via chat and all he did was repeat the troubleshooting instructions (which I told him I had already performed multiple times before).  Then he seemed to run out of ideas, so he abruptly ended the chat.  Fitbit support is very disappointing.
