Vertical lines and black screen on Charge 3

I rebooted it like was informed. Screen was back to normal for 2 minutes. Vertical lines come back and when to black screen. I deleted fitbit app. Reinstall, and now I was able to see the charge 3 on phone bluetooth again which I couldn't not found it before and the charge 3 screen is working normal so far which is 1 hr compare to 2 minutes. Try it and let's hope it works since we don't get help from fitbit about this issue. If it works for you, please share 👍

They will come back. I recommend if you are still under warranty get a replacement. They only get worse.
