I've charged my tracker after it ran out of power earlier today but now the screen has vertical lines & is faded. I tried to email customer support but was told to come here for a solution, can't help but think that's a bit odd. Had my charge 3 just over a year & I take good care of it. From what I've read this seems to be a common problem. Did anyone get a resolution to their issue?
