Vertical stripes on the screen

My Charge 3 has been getting a little unresponsive recently and now the screen has faded with vertical stripes. It won’t reset is there anything I can do to fix this pls

That is how my problem started, and now the screen is just black.  Customer Services have said they cannot replace it as its past warranty. And this was a replacement as well. Had same problem with the original one.  
So now I am just supposed to throw it in the bin I guess 😓

I have the same problem with mine. I can see my texts if I pull the screen down but I can never see who they are from. I have changed the clock faces and done the normal reset and long reset.

I have the same issue,  horizontal lines, won't sync, losing time . Dim screen.  First three issues started after update.  Have contacted customer service.  Still not working.

Hello,

My Fitbit charge 3 isn't working right now.

There is a blank screen and it vibrates when I push the button.

I've tried charging it and rebooting and resetting the device.

Nothing seems to be working.

Kindly help me.
